  • We offer two signature formats designed for every member of our squad:

    Core Studies

    Our modern take on classical Pilates. This class blends traditional Pilates principles with contemporary movement for deep core strength, control, and alignment. Expect slow, intentional, strength-building work that leaves you feeling centered and strong.

    Major Move (Jumpboard)

    Our athletic, cardio-forward jumpboard class. This format pairs low-impact jumping with power-based reformer work for a fun, upbeat session that lifts your heart rate without stressing your joints.

  • We recommend starting with Core Studies.

    It introduces key Pilates principles, safe reformer setup, and movement patterns you'll use in every class. Once you feel comfortable, Major Move is a great next step.

  • Yes. Both Core Studies and Major Move are all-levels and designed to support every member of our squad.

    Instructors offer modifications, hands-on guidance, and progression options throughout class.

  • Core Studies

  • We have 11 reformers, which means small class sizes for personalized attention, customized coaching, and safe alignment for every squad member.

  • Yes — with clearance from your healthcare provider.

    Our instructors offer prenatal and injury-sensitive modifications.

  • A great weekly training plan includes:

    1. 2–3 Core Studies for strength, stability, and alignment

    2. 1–2 Major Move classes for cardio and power

    Core Studies builds the foundation; Major Move adds athletic conditioning. Together, they create a well-balanced training routine.

  • Major Move includes jumping, but thanks to the reformer’s horizontal plane, it remains low-impact.
