Core Studies
Our modern take on classical Pilates. This class blends traditional Pilates principles with contemporary movement for deep core strength, control, and alignment. Expect slow, intentional, strength-building work that leaves you feeling centered and strong.
Major Move (Jumpboard)
Our athletic, cardio-forward jumpboard class. This format pairs low-impact jumping with power-based reformer work for a fun, upbeat session that lifts your heart rate without stressing your joints.

We recommend starting with Core Studies.
It introduces key Pilates principles, safe reformer setup, and movement patterns you'll use in every class. Once you feel comfortable, Major Move is a great next step.
